Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Piqoria, a social prediction game where users make virtual predictions called Piqos with in-app points called PP. By creating an account, opening the app, or using any Piqoria website or feature, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Piqoria is an entertainment app. It lets users choose answers to open questions, follow results, compare rankings, share selected Piqos with friends, and use virtual PP inside the app. Piqoria does not provide betting, gambling, investment, financial, legal, political, sports, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Piqoria. If the law in your country requires a higher minimum age for using online services, you may use Piqoria only if you meet that higher age. You are responsible for making sure your use of Piqoria is allowed where you live.

3. Accounts and Security

You need an account to use most Piqoria features. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless the activity was caused by our own security failure.

We may refuse, rename, suspend, or remove usernames, avatars, profile content, or accounts that are abusive, misleading, unlawful, impersonating another person, or otherwise harmful to the Piqoria community.

4. Piqos, Questions, and Results

A Piqo is a virtual prediction made inside Piqoria. Open questions may cover topics such as technology, sports, markets, politics, or current events. Each question has a closing time and a result that may be resolved using public information, official sources, or reasonable editorial judgment.

Piqoria may correct, cancel, void, or refund a question if it was created with an error, became impossible to resolve fairly, was affected by technical problems, or violated these Terms. When a question is cancelled or deleted, the app may return the relevant PP stake according to the current product rules.

5. PP Is Not Real Money

PP is a virtual in-app balance used only for entertainment inside Piqoria. PP has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred outside the app, exchanged for money, sold, or redeemed for goods or services unless Piqoria explicitly says otherwise in writing. Piqoria is not a gambling product and does not offer real-money wagering.

We may adjust PP balances to fix bugs, enforce rules, reverse abuse, process cancellations, or keep the game fair. We may also change PP rewards, streak rewards, ad rewards, starting balances, and other virtual economy settings.

6. Ads and Rewards

Piqoria may show rewarded ads or other advertising. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, PP may be granted after the ad provider confirms a valid completion. Rewards can be delayed, unavailable, limited, or refused if an ad is not completed, the ad provider does not confirm it, or abuse is detected.

7. Shared Piqos and Friends

Piqoria may let you add friends and share selected Piqos. If you share a Piqo, it may be visible to your friends together with related information such as the question, choice, stake, result, and PP outcome. You are responsible for what you choose to share. You can remove shared Piqos where the app provides that option.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use Piqoria for unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or harmful activity;
• attempt to manipulate rankings, rewards, Piqo outcomes, referral systems, ads, or PP balances;
• use bots, scripts, scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access without permission;
• upload or use usernames, avatars, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• interfere with Piqoria's servers, security, authentication, or normal operation;
• sell, trade, or transfer accounts, PP, Piqos, or access to the service.

9. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account from the app if the feature is available. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, misuse rewards, or cause harm to other users. After deletion or termination, some records may remain for security, legal, anti-abuse, accounting, or technical reasons as explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. App Stores and Third-Party Services

If you download Piqoria from the Apple App Store or another app store, that store's rules may also apply. Piqoria may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, email delivery, analytics, ads, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

11. Intellectual Property

Piqoria, its name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use Piqoria for its intended entertainment purpose.

12. Changes to Piqoria

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also change these Terms. If changes are material, we will try to provide reasonable notice through the app, website, or another appropriate method. Continuing to use Piqoria after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Disclaimers

Piqoria is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that Piqoria will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available. Questions, results, odds-like multipliers, percentages, rankings, and other game information are for entertainment only and should not be relied on for real-world decisions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Piqoria and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of virtual PP, service interruptions, or unauthorized account activity beyond what applicable law requires.
